Tammy and Corey were great to work with – it has been a very good experience so far! Very knowledgeable and wonderful customer service. There are quite a few uncharges for certain things, but I understand it’s a business that needs to make money, and I know a lot of their products are above standard and good quality.”

“We Built our home a year and a half ago and spent most the time dealing directly with Corey and Steve. It was the Smoothest build I could have ask for and our neighbors were in awe of the workmanship that Greenland Homes provided. A year and a half later we have not had to follow up on any issues on the house because there has not been one single incident. Both Corey and Steve made a couple follow up calls weeks after moving in and it has been nothing but good times and good memories. “Greenland Homes built our house in Polk City and did a fantastic job! They finished when promised and gave us everything we asked for. We ended up with a beautiful home. Shortly after we moved in there was a plumbing problem with our tub faucet in our master bathroom. We called Greenland and they had plumbers out to fix it that same day. Our first winter, on a very cold January night, the temperature dropped to below zero and we lost power in our neighborhood for hours and the temperature in our house only dropped by 2 degrees. That told me our house is built tight and insulated very well. We couldn’t be happier with the process and the company! We’ve highly recommended it to many people.”

“Corey and his team at Greenland Homes worked with us when we needed a wheelchair/handicap accessible home. They were able to accommodate every need we had and still finish our home on time. They were able to put in wider doorways, a wheelchair accessible tile shower & a wheelchair ramp in the garage. They were very attentive and truly cared about what we needed. Corey and Tammy together with their contractors were able to get supplies or labor donated to the charity house. Once the home was sold the proceeds benefited Children’s Cancer Connection, a local Iowa Non-profit helping children and families on the journey through childhood cancer. In the course of 3 years Greenland Homes was able to donate $195,000 to Children’s Cancer Connection. This generosity of Greenland Homes help provide programs, summer camps, and support for nearly 500 families each year.
